Mock driving tests can be arranged for those pupils who would like to take one . Intensive courses are available for pupils who like to learn faster. Your lessons will be structured to suit your initial ability or experience and follow the methods set out by the driving standards agency (DSA).these methods are designee to achieve a steady, safe and effective progress right through to your driving test.


Theory Test

Before the driving standards agency ( DSA) will allow you to book a practical driving test you are required to pass a theory test .
The test involves two phases (1) answering 50 multiple choice questions and (2) taking a hazard perception test price is £30.00.

The Practical Test

The standard driving test lasts about 45 minutes to pass your driving test the driving examiner is looking to see if you can (a) drive safely, and (b) demonstrate knowledge of the highway code through your driving.
Your eyesight check required a car number plate from a distance of 20 metres (new style plates) and 20.5 metres (old style plates). Also the examiner will ask two vehicle safety check questions; one' show me ' and one 'tell me' also involves opening the bonnet of the car to identify where fluid levels would be checked these are covered during your lessons the price of your practical test is £56.50 weekdays / £67.00 weekday evenings & weekend .

Pass plus

Pass plus is a training scheme for new drivers but its much more than just a few extra lessons . This specially designed course by the driving standards agency (DSA),with help of insurers and the driving instruction industry helps you gain valuable driving experience and safely build on your existing skills and knowledge also boost your confidence . Also involves driving for the first time on the motorways you do not have to take another test at the end .
